Hello Students,
If you signed up for summer school, you will need to fill out a summer school Master Agreement. Oxnard High School is partnering with Learn 4 Life during summer, so they will need for you and your parent/guardian to fill out and electronically sign the Master Agreement by June 12, 2019. If you have not signed up for summer school, you can still sign up using the Oxnard High School Summer School Enrollment form found at the Oxnard High website. Again, if you have turned in your summer school enrollment form, you will only need to fill out and electronically sign the Summer Session Enrollment Form-PLSIS (vistareal) (Master Agreement).
