College & Career Center (C&CC) – Welcome!

Oxnard High School C&CC

The College & Career Center (CCC) partners with the district goal of providing a college opportunity for every student.  Student’s can research college, career, trade, apprenticeship and military services information, allowing them to explore their post-secondary options beginning with their freshman year.

The CCC is aligned with the counseling office to assure that students have access to information they need to be successful.  Workshops are offered to assist students with completing college applications and evening workshops are offered for parents to assist with the FAFSA or DreamAct applications.  Students can also obtain work permits, participate in job skills workshops, and receive available employment opportunities in the College & Career Center.  Overall the CCC promotes student success and provides services for students in all grade levels here at Oxnard High School!

El College & Career Center (CCC) se asocia con el objetivo del distrito de proporcionar una oportunidad universitaria para cada alumno. Los estudiantes pueden explorar información sobre universidades, carreras, comercio, aprendizaje y servicios militares, lo que les permite explorar sus opciones post-secundarias a partir de su primer año.

El CCC está alineado con la oficina de consejería para asegurar que los estudiantes tengan acceso a la información que necesitan para tener éxito. Se ofrecen talleres para ayudar a los estudiantes a completar solicitudes para la universidad y se ofrecen talleres nocturnos para que los padres ayuden con las solicitudes FAFSA o DreamAct. 2020-2021 Schedule Change

During the 2020-21 school year, Oxnard Union High School District transitioned to a Quarter System. Each quarter course is equivalent to a semester course. In a semester system there were 56 instructional minutes per course. In our current quarter system there are 90 instructional minutes per course.
