OHS Baseball

Ready to come back and start the season. Are very own Baseball team hard at work. Day #4 of winter break conditioning!  Opening day is February 9th. Lots of luck to OHS Baseball team this season. 

OHS LAPS 

OHS LAPS Sophomores at the Ventura County Court House on Wednesday, January 9th. It was a great learning experience and having a Mock trial at the courthouse. 

The Community Law Enforcement Academy 

Congratulations to our OHS’s students who have completed the program. The Community Law Enforcement Academy is a 60-hour program and provides insight to the law enforcement profession.  Students will learn about the history of law enforcement, the criminal justice system, ethics, and conflict resolution. Congratulations to Jazmin Avalos, Soailin Cardenas, and Krystal Maldonado for completing the program.

Oxnard High’s SRO

 Office David McAlpine is Oxnard High’s new SRO this year. We are delighted to have him here. All our SROs work at our school campuses to strengthen relationships between youth and law enforcement. They build relationships with our students and maintain a safe campus environment.  We thank Officer McAlpine for being here and being a part of the “Hive”.

OHS The Buzz 

The Buzz will be selling Nothing Bundt Cakes next Thursday, January 17 after school, in the Quad.  We will have: red velvet, chocolate, chocolate chip, and snicker doodle cakes for $5. Please come by and support.
